I did it! I rode my bike to the gym today! I only skipped three weights; two squats and the lateral raise. All scare my back muscles just thinking about them.
I don't think I'm ready to try to ride to work yet. It's still a little iffy.

Yay for exercise! I finally starting running again on Monday after having surgery 7 weeks ago. I meant to start running after 4 weeks, but kept putting it off. So good for you.
I haven't had my bike fixed yet - right now it's waiting there in the hall, whispering "you lazy b----"...(-shame-)
Beth, my friend wants me to run the St. Paddy's Day Dash with her. It's only a 5k but the idea of running anything more than .75 mile makes me sick just thinking about it. You runners amaze me!
Katell, I'm sure that when you get your bike fixed it will be 'off the hook!' ; )
